    <content type="html">Dont look the picture.. ^^&lt;br /&gt;Actually I should use cream cheese frosting for the decoration but I did not have the ingredients for that so instead I used suger powder and I also still had some choco decoration which was not enough. That&amp;Auml;s why the decoration was so strange.. ^^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despite the look, the taste is delicious.. it's a little bit salty because I didnt measure the salt.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://pics.livejournal.com/lynn79/pic/00008k8c/"&gt;&lt;img height="240" border="0" width="240" alt="" src="http://pics.livejournal.com/lynn79/pic/00008k8c/s320x240" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name="cutid1"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 g Eggs&lt;br /&gt;300 g Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 g Salz&lt;br /&gt;5 g Emulsifier&lt;br /&gt;260 g Flour&lt;br /&gt;1 g Baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1 g Baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 g Cinnamon &lt;br /&gt;450 g Carrot (shreded)&lt;br /&gt;150 g minyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Directions:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt; 1. Shake eggs, sugar and salz until thick with a high speed. Put emulsifier then mix it continuously till thick&lt;br /&gt;   2. Put the dry ingredients into the dough, mix it with low speed until evenly mixed. &lt;br /&gt;   3. put the carrot and then pour the oil little by little until evenly mixed&lt;br /&gt;   4. Baked with 180&amp;deg;C for 30-45 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</content>

    <title>Shoko (Choco) Muffins</title>

    <content type="html">Because I had limited ingredients, I made only the simple muffins. But still this muffin was not perfect..&lt;br /&gt;At the first I forgot to melt the margarine thus the dough of margarine and sugar could not be mixed. Wichtig!&lt;br /&gt;Springformrand l&amp;ouml;sen, Kuchen auf Kuchenrost erkalten lassen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Die Mengenangaben sind f&amp;uuml;r eine 26er Springform angegeben. Bei einer 28er Springform einfach hochrechnen. Die Hochrechnung ist aber nicht unbedingt notwendig, die Menge geht auch prima mit der gr&amp;ouml;&amp;szlig;eren Springform, der Kuchen ist allerdings dann halt nicht so hoch wie bei der Kleinen.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;</content>

    <title>I decided to use this LJ for my experience in backing and cooking...</title>

    <content type="html">I decided to move my backing/cooking receipts  from multiply to here. Usually I used multiply for everything, but I think it's better to differentiate between my life experience and my fandom, and I also have this LJ which rarely use. So I decided to move here..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe it's better to move my fandom talking here because I already use this LJ to join some fandom community. But... I already use multiply for long time, I dont want to leave it and it is also more jobs to move all my spams.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ok.. then...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will start to move some receipts from multiply and later add new ones.. I got some receipts from internet or from my friends, mom, etc.. I try it and publish here..&lt;br /&gt;The results maybe are not perfect because I am not a chef nor patisserie.. I learn how to cook and back by trial and error and never take any cooking class at all.. &lt;br /&gt;I want to take any backing class but it's hard to find here in Germany unless you want to do an "Ausbildung" (a professional class). That kind of class is not for hobby thing like me.. so the only way is learn by yourself..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, since I live with my brother, it will be difficult to back anything.. His oven is not working properly.. It takes time to heat... o(&amp;gt;"&amp;lt;)o&lt;br /&gt;I miss my oven in my dorm...</content>
